A deliberately sequenced journey over approximately six weeks

Step I

Before we begin · The questionnaire

Your business, your spirit, your life

Before our first session, you'll receive a sacred intake form — part business audit, part spiritual inquiry. This is your first act of initiation, the moment you begin to take yourself seriously as a founder.

What it covers:

— Your why, your ideal client, your offer

— Your current channels and how you show up

— Your rest practices and what truly restores you

— Your spiritual life — what altar time means to you now, and what you want it to become

 You needn't be perfectly clear on all of this before we start. This is the work that we'll do together.

Step II

Week one · 30-minute orientation

Meeting at the trailhead

We meet as fellow travelers before the journey begins. We review your questionnaire, get to know each other, and map out the path ahead. We decide how we'll stay in contact during your month of support — Voxer, WhatsApp, or email — whatever feels right for your nervous system.

Step III

Week one · First 90-minute session

The activation

This is where the work begins in earnest. We activate your business strategy from the ground up — not from hustle, but from clarity and alignment. 

What we clarify together:

— Your one channel — the right one for you, not the "should" one

— Your content rhythm — sustainable, nervous-system-friendly, yours

— Your essential actions — the few things that actually move the needle and make the cash register ring

— Your schedule — when you work, how you work, what that looks like

— Your dopamine menu — what keeps you engaged and on task

— Your nervous system regulation menu — what you do when you get activated, overwhelmed, or pulled off course

— Your daily altar time practice — the sacred container for all of it

You leave this session with a real map. Not generic advice. Your map.

 Step IV

Weeks two through four · One month of support

Walking alongside you

You go out and implement. I stay with you. You will hit bumps. That's the trail. There’s roots and rocks. We address them in real time so they don't become walls.

This is where the initiation proves itself. You are not alone on the path.

Step V 

Week five · Second 90-minute session + closing ceremony

The sealing rite

We meet again. We check your gear — what's working, what needs refining, what the trail has revealed about you. We troubleshoot the real-world friction and sharpen your map.

And then — at the close of this session — we perform a brief five-minute sealing ritual together. A formal rite of passage. The flame is lit. You are initiated. You go forward as a businesswoman who knows who she is and what she is doing in the world.  

At the end of our time together you will have centered your subjective life as the energy behind the objective work of creating a sovereign income.
