As a deep sensing and processing person, you feel these transitions intensely and they can be destabilizing. This can lead to overwhelm, withdrawal, anxious feelings and a chaotic life.

There's a way to feel significantly better without overhauling your entire lifestyle. This nature-based mind/body holistic approach offers practical and achievable steps. You’ll have the delightful opportunity to be highly sensitive in a safe, nurturing, refreshing environment that validates your sensitivity as a spiritual and emotional strength, not a weakness. Here, you can be yourself.Â
The 5-week program is structured around the 5 elements of nature. We’ll focus on one each week – earth, water, fire, air and space. Living in tune with the elements of nature and your own nature leads to confidence, connection and calm.
Many are craving in-person connection. For others, attending in person isn’t possible due to location or other factors. So, I’ll be providing both!
There is both an in-person AND online weekly session. The content for each week is the same whether you attend in person or online. Your registration gives you access to both. One week it may work best to be in person, the next week you may choose to participate online.
The online sessions will be recorded and everyone who is enrolled in Fall Fortify 2023 will have access, regardless if you choose to participate online.
Online sessions are via zoom Mondays from 6 to 8pm September 18 - October 16.
In-person sessions are at 854 West 78th St. in Chanhassen, MN. Wednesdays from 6 to 8pm September 20 - October 18.

The purpose of this Midlife Reset is to:

 Soothe and nourish your nervous system with tools from yoga therapy and ayurveda, plus, develop a tool kit for yourself to better regulate mind and mood.

Rest deeply – a key need for HSPs.

Have greater self-understanding and self-acceptance through better understanding the HSP trait.

Reframe challenges and regrets from the past in light of this new understanding with simple journal prompts and discussion. There will be many insights and “ahas” in the group.

 Enjoy the company of and connection with other HSPs. Share stories, laughs and probably tears too (hey, we are highly sensitive after all).

I'm Mira, yoga therapist, holistic lifestyle consultant, HSP and your guide for this seasonal reset.
Since I was a child I've been aware of sensitivities, both my own and others. This led me to dive into the study of the mind and the nervous system. I found Yoga as a high school student and have been a student of the science of consciousness ever since.
This led to a career working with children and families to develop self-understanding and self-regulation, founding a yoga teacher training program, Global Family Yoga, and writing a book called Anxious to Awesome: A Practical Guide for the Whole Family.Â
