What is Fall Fortify?

 

Fall Fortify is a 5-week live online seasonal reset—your chance to pause, release, and realign as autumn unfolds.

We’ll meet once a week on Wednesdays at 6pm CT for 90 minutes. Each session weaves together gentle movement, deep rest, reflection, and community conversation—all centered around one of the five elements of nature.

Every gathering is recorded, with each segment added to an on-demand library you can return to anytime throughout the season (because life happens, and sometimes you need a second dose of grounding).

This isn’t about “fixing” yourself. It’s about gathering what you truly need—energy, rituals, community, and clarity—so winter doesn’t deplete you.

By the end, you’ll feel more grounded in your routines, better rested in your body, and renewed with the energy you need to move through winter with ease—while still feeding your creative pursuits.

You’ll also gain a clear understanding of nervous system regulation (and why having a sensitive system is awesome), plus an easy-to-follow daily wellness routine complete with recipes, journal prompts, and additional resources specific to the season.

Why I Created This

 

A few years ago, I hit a wall.

Life looked fine on the outside, but I fell into a quiet swamp of despair. I wasn’t caring for myself. I lost track of my practices. I felt adrift, depleted, untethered.

That’s when I remembered: Prevention is at the heart of holistic living.

So I returned to the seasonal wisdom I know and love — and everything changed.

Now, I offer this lovingly crafted reset so you don’t have to walk through fall alone or wait until you’re falling apart. Let’s prepare together.

Earth week grounds your routines, Water week restores flow, Fire week builds warmth and energy, Air week clears your mind, Space week reconnects you to possibility.

You'll realign with each element through:

Gentle, accessible yoga and body sensing to harmonize with the season and strengthen immunity. 

Picture yourself pushing back from your device and stretching out onto your yoga mat in your most comfortable loungewear to be guided through a gentle, energy-based, effective routine you can repeat throughout the winter. 

✨ Yoga Nidra

Deep guided rest to calm your system, nourish your mind, and unlock the clarity of your subconscious.

You'll grab blankets, a pillow and an eye mask if you have one, snuggle in and experience a deeply relaxed state you maybe didn't know existed. 

✨ Reflection & Integration

Journaling, prompts, and group conversation to help you make meaning, gain insight, and root into your truth. In addition to the 5 elements, we'll also explore ways to set up your home, room by room, to create a cozy place to hibernate through the winter.

Brew yourself a warm beverage as we take a short bio break and then gather again in our virtual circle with your journal and favorite pen to reflect and plan.

Join a circle of like-hearted women—other “neurospicy crones” who are walking their own sacred, sensitive path. Laugh, cry, share, and be held.

Meet Mira

Hello. I’m a yoga therapist and a bit of a holistic lifestyle nerd—and, like you, a sensitive soul.

I’ve always been drawn to nature, which led me into studying the nervous system, Ayurveda, energy, and consciousness. Over the years I’ve taught thousands of people, trained yoga teachers, and even wrote a book for families called Anxious to Awesome.

But these days my heart is with women in this third stage of life. Women who are ready to live on purpose, in rhythm with nature, and with more vitality and peace.

What I’ve found is—it’s not about adding more to your plate. It’s about doing the things that actually matter, the ones that make you feel good. My gift is simplifying the big, complicated systems of yoga into really basic, beautiful practices that actually fit your life.

And autumn? It’s my favorite season. My Ayurvedic constitution is fall energy—so Fall Fortify is something I’ve been building for myself for decades. It’s the way I get my body, mind, and even my home ready for winter.
