Embodied Practice

Based on Yoga Therapy, this is accessible and modified to each individual with the purpose of regulating the nervous system, increasing overall health and energy and feeling at home in the body.

iRest Yoga Nidra

Deep guided relaxation supports your awareness of and connection to all layers of you - physical body, energy body, mind & emotions and your True Nature all while releasing tension at each layer.

Journal & Converse

Make meaningful connections with other HSPs, reflect and journal on insights, re-frame your experience based on new understanding and enjoy deep conversation. 

Where We Gather

We gather at 854 W. 78th St. in Chanhassen, MN. Suite 202.

This is the West Village shopping area including Lunds & Byerly's. Conveniently located and tucked up in a quiet photography studio filled with West-facing windows.

 

 

What We'll Do

We begin at 4pm with a gentle physical practice. Bring a yoga mat and optionally a blanket or anything else that helps you feel cozy and comfortable. Following the practice is a deep guided relaxation called Yoga Nidra. 

After about 50 minutes, we'll break for tea. If you'd like something other than tea, feel free to bring something else for yourself to sip on.

We'll journal and converse so grab your favorite journal, a pen and any layers you want to snuggle up in.
