Nature moves through seasons, and we do too. We move through seasons of life – into adulthood and out of child-bearing years. We move into and out of relationships and professional commitments as well as cycles of illness and wellness. As a deep sensing and processing person, you feel these transitions intensely and they can be destabilizing. This can lead to overwhelm, withdrawal, anxious feelings and a chaotic life.
One change we all move through together is the change of seasons. This is an important time to establish routines that align with the qualities of the upcoming season.
This is a Seasonal Reset for your body, mind and business. It’s a chance to re-develop or deepen your relationship to a holistic lifestyle and mindset that supports your sensitive nature.
There's a way to feel significantly better without overhauling your entire lifestyle. This nature-based mind/body holistic approach offers practical and achievable steps. You’ll have the delightful opportunity to be highly sensitive in a safe, nurturing, refreshing environment that validates your sensitivity as a spiritual and emotional strength, not a weakness. Here, you can be yourself.
The 5-week program is structured around the 5 elements of nature. We’ll focus on one each week – earth, water, fire, air and space. Living in tune with the elements of nature and your own nature leads to confidence, connection and calm.
Many are craving in-person connection. For others, attending in person isn’t possible due to location or other factors. So, this will be hybrid.
There is both an in-person AND online option. Your registration gives you access to both. One week it may work best to be in person, the next week you may choose to participate online.
The sessions will be recorded and everyone who is enrolled in Spring Revive 2024 will have access.
Online sessions are via zoom.

The purpose of this Spring Revive Reset is to:
Refresh, soothe and nourish your nervous system with tools from yoga therapy and ayurveda, plus, develop a tool kit for yourself to better regulate mind and mood.
Rest deeply – a key need for HSPs.
Have greater self-understanding and self-acceptance through better understanding the HSP trait.
Reframe challenges and regrets from the past in light of this new understanding with simple journal prompts and discussion. There will be many insights and “ahas” in the group.
Enjoy the company of and connection with other HSPs. Share stories, laughs and probably tears too (hey, we are highly sensitive after all).

Each week, we begin with body sensing and gentle yoga, adapted for all abilities. This can help you slough off the stagnation of the winter - body, mind and soul - and leave you feeling powerful, positive and prepared to grow.
Then we practice yoga nidra, a deep guided relaxation system. You'll travel into a realm of deep rest and inner peace where you can release layers of subconscious tension and free your mind to live your best life - personal and professional.
Then, enjoy a cup of tea as we delve into the week’s topic with your favorite journal in hand. Conversation, journal prompts and time to ponder help you uncover profound insights and inspirations while connecting with a deeper truth within.

I'm Mira, yoga therapist, business coach, HSP and your guide for this seasonal reset.
Since I was a child I've been aware of sensitivities, both my own and others. This led me to dive into the study of the mind and the nervous system. I found Yoga as a high school student and have been a student of the science of consciousness ever since.
This led to a career working with children and families to develop self-understanding and self-regulation, founding a yoga teacher training program, Global Family Yoga, and writing a book called Anxious to Awesome: A Practical Guide for the Whole Family.
I've been starting and running businesses for decades that can support my need for autonomy and freedom and keep me out of “a day job”.
Simple daily practices and a mindset shift, can help us live a life of connection, creativity and calm.
